Jürgen Steffan is a Senior Advisor at ParkView, where he brings deep expertise across the financial services sector. With more than four decades of experience spanning capital markets, treasury, financial management, risk management, compliance and M&A, he offers a rare combination of strategic perspective and hands-on executive leadership.

Mr. Steffan held senior executive positions within the Wüstenrot and W&W Group, most recently serving as a member of the Executive Board, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Labor Director. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Wüstenrot, where he was a member of the Executive Board of the Bausparkasse and General Authorized Officer of the Pfandbriefbank. He also held the role of General Authorized Office at W&W AG, responsible for Risk, Controlling and M&A, and as General Authorized Officer of Württembergische Versicherungen, responsible for Risk.

For almost 20 years, he held various senior positions within the W&W Group, including CFO and CRO roles at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse, and has been a member of the Management Board of W&W AG since 2017. Prior to joining the W&W Group, he gained more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, treasury and corporate management at BHF Bank, AGIV AG and Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall. In addition to his executive career, Mr. Steffan was also active with FIRM e.V. for 12 years, including more than four years as a member of its Executive Board until June 2024. He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of V-Bank in Munich and of Börse Stuttgart Group.
