Our senior bankers have a long-standing experience advising management boards and supervisory boards when an independent counsel matters most. Given our independence, we are uniquely positioned to be helpful in these types of assignments. We are also often asked for a second opinion on material financial or strategic aspects of certain decisions since we are not incentivised by a deal happening.
