Johannes Gamba is a Director at ParkView. He previously worked in the investment banking divisions of Bank of America, Evercore and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Gamba has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, IPOs, capital raises and corporate defense strategies. He has advised on a wide range of M&A deals across industries and regions including, inter alia, Rumble on the USD 1.7bn public exchange offer for Northern Data, Ardian on the acquisition of a 90% stake in Centrotherm, NÜRNBERGER on the EUR 1.4bn public acquisition offer by VIG, 1&1 on the public partial acquisition offer by United Internet, Beowolff Capital on the voluntary public takeover and delisting offer for artnet, SNP on the EUR 0.5bn public takeover by Carlyle, STEMMER IMAGING on the voluntary takeover offer by MiddleGround Capital, KATEK on the mandatory offer and public delisting tender offer by Kontron, CropEnergies on the EUR 0.8bn public delisting offer by Südzucker, Thoma Bravo on its partnership with and taking private of EQS Group AG, SYNLAB on the EUR 3.9bn public acquisition offer by Cinven, va-Q-tec on its strategic partnership with and taking private by EQT Private Equity, an investor consortium led by Partners Group on the sale of Merkur Offshore to TRIG and APG Group, Infineon Technologies on the EUR 8.3bn acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor, IVG Immobilien’s shareholders on the EUR 3.3bn sale of OfficeFirst Immobilien to Blackstone, a private equity consortium including Blackstone and Deutsche Bank on the EUR 1.4bn merger of Vitus Immobilien with Deutsche Annington, Clariant on the EUR 1.9bn acquisition of Sued-Chemie, and Immofinanz on the EUR 1.5bn merger with Immoeast.

Mr. Gamba holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
