Johannes Gamba is a Director at ParkView. Prior to joining ParkView, Mr. Gamba was a Director at BofA Securities in Frankfurt. Before joining BofA Securities, he worked in investment banking at Evercore and Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and London.

Mr. Gamba has more than 14 years of experience in advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions as well as corporate defense strategies. He has advised on a wide range of M&A deals across industries including, inter alia, CropEnergies on the EUR 1.0bn public delisting offer by Südzucker, Thoma Bravo on its partnership with and taking private of EQS Group AG, the Supervisory Board of SYNLAB on the EUR 3.9 bn public acquisition offer by Cinven, va-Q-tec on its strategic partnership with and taking private by EQT Private Equity, an investor consortium led by Partners Group on the sale of Merkur Offshore to TRIG and APG Group, Infineon Technologies on the EUR 8.3 bn acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor, IVG Immobilien’s shareholders on the EUR 3.3 bn sale of OfficeFirst Immobilien to Blackstone, a private equity consortium including Blackstone and Deutsche Bank on the EUR 1.4 bn merger of Vitus Immobilien with Deutsche Annington, Clariant on the EUR 1.9 bn acquisition of Sued-Chemie, and Immofinanz on the EUR 1.5 bn merger with Immoeast.

Mr. Gamba holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
