Marion Swoboda-Brachvogel is a Senior Advisor at ParkView. Prior to that, Mrs. Swoboda-Brachvogel headed the Vienna office for ParkView’s valuation unit ValueTrust and advised companies on a wide range of strategic topics as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and was active in Equity Research/Investment Banking at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking and at C.A. Cheuvreux. She also worked as investment manager at B&C Industry Holding, managing portfolio companies and conducting due diligences of target companies.

Mrs. Swoboda-Brachvogel has nearly 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking and investment management. During her career, she has valued listed and non-listed companies in different industries and advised on complex strategic and financial topics. Marion also worked on IPOs on the Vienna and Ljubljana stock exchanges. Her industry expertise includes the industrial sector, the aviation sector, consumer goods, gaming and financial services.

Mrs. Swoboda-Brachvogel holds a master’s degree in finance with focus on M&A, Corporate Finance und Private Equity (MiF) from the London Business School and a degree in business administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.
